AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF) – It’s Super Tuesday in Texas.
Voters head to the polls to make a primary choice for everything from president to statewide amendments and local options.
In the presidential race, most surveys show U-S senator Ted Cruz with a lead over Donald Trump on the republican side for president.
Hillary clinton is far ahead of Bernie Sanders on the democratic ballot.
More than 12-percent of registered voters in Texas have already cast early votes in the state’s 15-largest counties.
The polls will be open until seven tonight.
