DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF ) – A campaign worker for former city councilman Dwaine Caraway is expected to file a lawsuit against Dallas county commissioner John Wiley Price.
An attorney for 28-year-old George Nash says her client suffered injuries when he was choked by Price during an argument at a gospel radio station.
The commissioner and Caraway were there for a debate when an argument erupted.
Nash claims he tried to intervene, but says Price grabbed him by the neck. The civil suit will be for assault and battery.
Dallas police have launched an investigation, but no arrests have been made.
