PLANO (WBAP/KLIF News) – A 28-year-old man is jailed after leading police on a chase through three cities.
It started shortly after midnight when officers tried to pull over a vehicle.
Police said the driver took off, reaching speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
The chase wound through Plano and Carrollton before the driver crashed into a fence at some apartments near the Bush Turnpike and Frankford Road in Dallas.
The driver reportedly tried to run, but was captured.
He is facing charges of driving while intoxicated and evading arrest.
