MANSFIELD (WBAP/KLIF News) – City officials in Mansfield are touting future economic development around their push for a new ice rink, but some taxpayers are questioning it.
The $12.6 million rink would be built along Highway 287 near Broad Street.
It would require the school district to contribute at least $500,000 up front, and a total of nearly $2 million over five years.
School trustees are expected to vote on the issue at Thursday night’s meeting.
