FARMERS BRANCH (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas County Grand Jury will hear the facts of the June 12, 2019 Officer Involved Shooting that occurred in the 11400 block of North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas. In a statement released by the Farmers Branch Police Department, it says: “We look forward to the grand jury hearing the facts of the case and will respect and act accordingly to the decision rendered. We thank the Dallas Police Department for the thorough investigation into this tragic incident.”
The Police have also said “Due to threats, the involved officer is not being named at this point. The officer has been released from the hospital and remains on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation.”
