McKinney, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Police in Mckinney have arrested a juvenile in the shooting death of 55-year-old James Penegar. Penegar was killed March 8th, after someone fired shots into a crowd of at least 30 people gathered outside a house in the 800 block of Maples Avenue following a confrontation. Witnesses say at least two other people left the scene with the suspect. The suspect was booked into the Collin County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with murder. Police did not say whether the suspect was male or female.
