DALLAS – A real estate company owned by former Cowboys great Emmitt Smith is trying to revitalize a South Dallas building.
Emmitt Smith Communities has joined up with American South Real Estate Fund to finance and renovate the 30,000-square-foot Urban League building on South Lancaster Road.
The project is estimated to cost around $6 million. According to developers, 200 new jobs could come from the project.
