Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Former Dallas Mayor Laura Miller is getting back into city politics. Miller turned in the paperwork Friday to run for Dallas City Council in District 13, which includes Preston Hollow, parts of northwest Dallas and Vickery Meadow. She’ll face three term incumbent Jennifer Staubach Gates who Miller says is letting down her constituents when it comes to zoning and development at Preston Center and the surrounding area.
