Henderson County Sheriff Seeks Public Help in Search for Missing North Texas Woman

NORTH TEXAS  (WBAP/KLIF News) – A North Texas woman has been missing for two weeks and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help find her.

According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, 25-year-old Brenda Lizbeth Montanez vanished Sunday January 27th.

She’s Hispanic and 5-feet tall and drives a maroon 2017 four-door Mazda. The car bears the Texas license plate number CZW-4001.

She was last seen leaving a party in Addison and drove to the Log Cabin area, about 13 miles west of Athens.

Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse said his department is part of a joint search between the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Rangers.

“We want to see her quickly found and I am hoping that once again the people of this county will answer the call and provide us with any information that could help in this all-out search,” he said.

Anyone with information about her disappearance is asked to call police.
