Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police are thanking witnesses who came forward with information leading to the identification and arrest of an alleged package thief in Northwest Dallas.
30-year old Ana Isabel Torez has confessed, and is charged with four counts of theft.
Police also believe Torez used a child to help steal packages. The child involved was placed in custody of his father. A witness who viewed the YouTube video released by the department identified the suspect.
