Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Testimony resumes today in the murder trial of former Balch Springs Police officer Roy Oliver. He’s accused of shooting to death 15 year old Jordan Edwards last year as Edwards, his brothers, and a couple of friends were driving away from a late night house party that was getting too noisy and rowdy for them. Oliver claims he opened fire on their car because he thought they were going to run down his partner. His partner testified last week he never felt he was in any danger.
