Experts: Update Settings and Download Updates to Protect from “Meltdown” and “Spectre”

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) — Nearly every computer, tablet and smartphone in existence are now in danger of being hacked now that a pair of weaknesses have been exposed in four types of processing chips.

The potential problems are being called, “Meltdown” and “Spectre.” One because of the extent it can damage things; the other for the way it comes in, does a ton of damage, then disappears like a ghost.

What can you do to protect your electronics?
